Mahr

Johansson  
  For support micro, dial gauge used in end-measuring machine, electronic micrometer, we use products made by the German Mahr company.
The Johansson 00 grade gauge block is NSS measurement dimension accuracy default.
From Johansson gauge block, gauge block for the inspection room and gauge block for use on the factory area make up our calibration system.
 
   
Special gauge     NN taper bearing pressure management is a difficult task.
At NSS, we use Special gauge for accurate pressure management.


 
   
Taylor Hobson     Our roundness measuring machine is a Taylor Hobson Talyrond.
0.1micrometer measurement is possible.
 
 
 
Taper Gauge     At NSS, we also manufacture taper gauges.
Using our gauge manufacturing technology, we perform spindle taper processing.
We use blue gel Paste for measurement of contact impact with taper gauge.
 
 
Movement balance adjustment   When a rotating solid is dynamically disproportional, for example in a washing machine, if bias exists in the dewatering bin, intensive vibration and noise is generated.
At NSS, we take every step to eradicate disproportion in all processes.
At the design stage, we verify the concentricity of internal and external diameters at the lathe machining process, the spreading of spline, cut hole, tap etc, and depth accuracy, bending after heat treatment, etc.... For grinding operation, not only the bearing joint part, but also we as much as possible make effort to grind parts that are not directly related to accuracy like the mill scale edge, C surface, key part, internal diameter, bolt holes, etc.
If after that, there still remains disproportion, it is possible to use a disproportion testing equipment to adjust it to below 0.01g.
After that, the product is assembled and final balance adjustment is performed using Schenck vibropot to accurately adjust all rotating areas.
Same as for grinding machine's grinding wheel movement balance. Auto balancer and other equipment are used to eliminate disproportion.
