Factory Environment

We operate an in-house temperature and humidity map called "NSS HEATMAP" for product quality control. Roughly 40 TandD "Ondotori" temperature/humidity sensors are installed across the factory, taking readings every 20 minutes.

The map below displays the sensor readings, letting us check conditions across the factory at a glance. The same map is shown on screens inside the factory, and we adjust the air conditioning or apply additional rust-prevention treatment as needed to keep quality high.
